YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
6+ years of Systems Engineering experience, including software integrated systems.
Strong proficiency in systems engineering principles and systems integration processes, with experience in software-to-software systems integration

WE VALUE

Experience in complex system integration projects
Strong systems lifecycle expertise, ideally in avionics or aerospace domains.
MBSE experience
Familiarity with avionics standards (e.g. DO‑178 / DO‑254) is of value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

As a Sr Advanced Systems Engineer within the Next Generation Avionics (NGA) group, you will be an integral part of an integrated systems team, leveraging your experience in Systems Engineering and Software/Systems Integration to drive the design, development, integration and implementation of cutting-edge avionics solutions on the Anthem Integrated Flight Deck platform. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of engineers, developers and designers to create and implement forward-thinking Avionics solutions.

As the system owner of the Anthem Integrated Flight Deck, our team is responsible for overall system architecture and performance, working collaboratively with product teams (i.e Flight Displays, Flight Management Systems, etc) to ensure seamless integration of modules and subsystems.

As a flagship product, the Honeywell Anthem Flight Deck System is not just another avionics product; it is a visionary endeavor that employs cutting-edge technologies to redefine how pilots interact with flight information and aircraft systems.
