Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runs.
- Review invoices for approvals, coding accuracy, and proper general ledger classification.
- Prepare AP aging reports, journal entries, and assigned account reconciliations.
- Support month-end close activities and tax/compliance reporting requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, 1099 documentation, and respond to payment inquiries.
Qualifications for the Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator:
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
- Experience with month-end close support, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet proficiency.
- Experience working with ERP or accounting systems.
