Consolidation Senior Accountant - Up to $110k Base + 10% Bonus + Equity - Murfreesboro – Permanent Direct Hire
My client, a publicly traded real estate company for over 25 years, is hiring a Senior Accountant to support growth. The company has tenured employees and great benefits. The salary is up to $110,000 base, plus a 10% bonus and equity. This is a permanent direct hire and is onsite in Murfreesboro.

Overview of the Senior Accountant:
- Lead the monthly consolidation and financial reporting process for multiple entities, ensuring GAAP compliance, accurate eliminations, minority interest accounting, and timely close activities.
- Review and analyze financial statements, trial balances, and reconciliations from third-party operators, resolving discrepancies, investigating variances, and ensuring accuracy of reported results.
- Manage accounting and reporting for complex partnership and management agreement structures, including capital activity, intercompany transactions, allocations, and incentive fee calculations.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
