Overview We are seeking a Senior Account Supervisor to support high-profile healthcare and medical device accounts. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will own day-to-day communications, lead key initiatives, and partner closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day client communications across multiple workstreams
Lead development and execution of:
Press releases
Product launch communications
Data milestone announcements
Executive visibility initiatives
Act as a right hand to senior leadership, managing deliverables in real time
Lead internal and client calls with a strong point of view and clear understanding of account priorities
Partner closely with junior team members on:
Agendas and recaps
Reporting and activity tracking
Client deliverables and documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality output
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
6 years of experience in public relations or communications (agency experience preferred)
Experience within medical device or pharma required
Strong writing and editing skills across a range of materials (press releases, statements, bylines)
Proven ability to manage client relationships and operate as a day-to-day lead
Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, real-time client environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
