SR. 1 Maintenance Technician

TITLE: Sr. 1 Maintenance Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for maintenance work and electrical work on our fully automated processing lines. The incumbent will make necessary repairs to ensure a safe, efficient and high-quality production operation. As part of our maintenance team, you will be working closely with our Engineering team, Plant Management and Production. You need to be self-driven and able to handle stressful situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EXCELLENT Mechanical AbilitiesHigh School Diploma or equivalentIntegrity and great work ethics2 to 5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenanceIndustrial Mechanical and electrical experienceWorking in a team environmentUse of a CMMSAbility to plan and organize work independentlyExcellent troubleshooting and Problem-solving skillsStrong commitment to SafetyEnsure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
