Squeeze Roll Operator

Operate the squeeze roll to apply laminate uniformly and consistently along the lamination table, ensuring smooth material flow and quality production.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep laminate free of debris that could pass through the squeeze roll.
• Maintain an adequate supply of laminate at the squeeze roll.
• Assist with film splicing.
• Keep suppressors and the compaction roll clean.
• Monitor laminate consistency to prevent irregularities and defective products.
• Support product quality and production-line efficiency.

Requirements

• High school education.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of laminate types and products manufactured on the line.
• Ability to operate the squeeze roll to produce quality laminate.
• Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing area inside the facility.
• Well-lit, open work area.
• Not air-conditioned; warm during summer.
