Position Title: SQL Server DBA Maintenance & Monitoring Services

Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746

Duration:

Initial 6-month engagement with potential extension for an additional 2–3 years based on performance and business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1.0 FTE equivalent resource requirement.
• Ability to provide sufficient overlap with U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Required Skills:

• SQL Server maintenance, monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Performance optimization and operational support.
• Experience supporting large-scale SQL Server environments with similar complexity and volume.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in SQL Server management.
• Experience with automation initiatives, infrastructure improvements, upgrades, and migrations.
• Proven track record in performance enhancement efforts.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide remote DBA support with a focus on maintenance and operational support.
• Engage in proactive DBA services to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with Mitsubishi Power's business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
• Participate in future project-based work opportunities as they arise.
• Contribute to incident management, escalation, and communication processes.

Job Description:
