This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise data platforms and modern-cloud analytics, supporting mission critical systems across Oracle, SQL Server, Crystal reports and a GCP/BigQuery based data warehouse. You will play a key role in ensuring data reliability, performance and timely delivery of insights that directly support business decision-making. The role offers strong technical breadth, exposure to both legacy and cloud-native technologies, and meaningful ownership of production systems. It''s ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex data problems while driving stability and modernization at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide development and support for enterprise database systems across Oracle and SQL server, including performance tuning, query optimization, and schema enhancements.- Support and enhance crystal report solutions to ensure timely and accurate business reporting.- Manage and troubleshoot data pipelines and workloads in GCP based RBS Data warehouse and BigQuery, ensuring data reliability and performance.- Partner with application and data teams to resolve production issues, implement enhancements, and support ongoing modernization initiatives across on-prem and cloud platforms.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in database development or Development DBA roles supporting enterprise applications. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle and/or SQL server, including SQL development, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data modeling. Experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting performance issues and resolving data-related incidents. Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or similar BI/reporting platforms. Experience working with ETL processes or data pipelines in a structured enterprise environment. Strong understanding of relational database concepts, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques. Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery. Ability to collaborate with application developers, QA, infrastructure teams in a production support model.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Google Cloud Platform(GCP) services, especially with BigQuery and cloud-based data warehousing. Exposure to hybrid data environments (on-prem + cloud) and data integration patterns. Experience with performance tuning in large-scale, high-volume transactional systems. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting for automation. Knowledge of CI/CD concepts as applied to database deployments. Experience in regulated or financial services environments. Exposure to modernization efforts migrating from legacy database/repots to cloud-based analytics platforms
