Spray Painter

Job Title: Industrial Painter - 1st Shift Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 3:00pm

Location: Franklin PA

Job Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Job Overview:
As an Industrial Painter, you'll be responsible for preparing, sanding, and painting parts. This position requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation & Sandblasting:
  Wash, mask, hang, and blast parts to remove dirt and achieve a smooth finish.

• Painting & Coating:
  Mix paints and operate manual painting equipment to apply coatings.

• Equipment & Booth Maintenance:
  Maintain spray booths and paint lines. Clean and maintain tools and work areas.

• Quality & Safety:
  Follow safety protocols, EPA guidelines, and ensure high-quality finishes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
  Previous industrial painting experience preferred.

• Technical Skills:
  Ability to follow instructions and work with various hand tools and painting equipment.

• Industry Knowledge:
  Familiarity with EPA guidelines and safety standards.
