Since opening in 2009, we've grown rapidly by investing in top‑tier equipment, high standards, and a team that takes pride in craftsmanship. Why Work With UsGold Plan Health InsuranceIRA/Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Vacation & Paid HolidaysDay Shift OnlyNo Weekends1.5x Overtime PayPaid BreaksEmployee DiscountStable, long‑term career opportunity with a growing local manufacturer What You'll DoOperate spray machines, hand sprayers, orbital sanders, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.Sand and finish a wide variety of wood products using paint, lacquer, varnish, polyurethane, primer, and other finishing materials.Identify and understand different finish products and their applications.Mix stains and dyes to achieve precise color matches.Meet production deadlines while maintaining the high quality our customers expect.Read a tape measure to 1/16" accuracy and perform basic conversions and calculations.Navigate spreadsheets, work orders, production forms, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.Bend, lift, twist, and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. What We're Looking ForManufacturing or industrial experience-schooling or hands‑on work in a production environment helps you transition quickly.Reliability, grit, and dedication-we run a predictable day‑shift schedule with weekends off, so consistent attendance is essential.Familiarity with finish materials-experience with stain, dye, lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, paint, or primer is a strong advantage.Strong organization and attention to detail-our products require precision and consistency. Not sure you meet every requirement?If you bring drive, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn, we encourage you to apply.
