What We're Looking ForManufacturing or industrial experience-schooling or hands‑on work in a production environment helps you transition quickly.Reliability, grit, and dedication-we run a predictable day‑shift schedule with weekends off, so consistent attendance is essential.Familiarity with finish materials-experience with stain, dye, lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, paint, or primer is a strong advantage.Strong organization and attention to detail-our products require precision and consistency.
