    Position Overview: As the Spray Foam Product Engineering Manager, you'll lead our Insulation Systems I&C team, driving innovation and commercialization of new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and be the technical voice for Johns Manville products.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead technical projects, including new product development.
    • Coordinate with Product Management to establish priorities and allocate resources.
    • Develop fitness-for-use customer requirements and commercialize new products.
    • Manage product specifications, standards, tools, procedures, and documentation.

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry.
    • 10+ years of technical project management experience.
    • 7 years in a senior engineering role or similar.
    • 5 years of experience managing teams.
    • Strong preference for Spray Foam chemistry/formulation experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
