Relationship development is an integral part of this role.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE INCLUDING BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing contract process managementPrepare/manage sales document process (proposals, contracts)Research and prospect potential clientsAdhere to company sales process, CRM, and prospecting processesMaintain client relationship through SFM service cycle to identify and close inside/future salesCreate referral programs (internal/external)Leverage extended personnel and resources to expand sales networkAdditional duties as assigned by leadershipMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related degree preferred5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of successExperience with technical or professional services related salesSelf-starter and team player who embraces both aggressive individual and department sales goalsAbility to maintain exceptional interpersonal relationship with clients and develop trustExpert level command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and have demonstrated the ability to learn multiple new software platforms quicklyCollaborative and able to develop interpersonal working relationships with senior leadership and support staff alikeAmiable, humble, and hungry to take on the next adventure with the best team in the industryWORKING CONDITIONS: Willing and able to travel on short notice Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist highWill be required to sit for extended periods of time operating a computerOffice environment has intermittent noise
