Senior Project ManagerManage full project lifecycle for hospitality, municipal, and commercial construction projects. Lead project teams including PMs, APMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Serve as primary point of contact with owner's, architects, and stakeholders. Oversee budgets, schedules, and change management. Ensure strict compliance with public procurement, safety, and documentation standards. They are also rapidly expanding, and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to assist with supporting a strong project pipeline.7+ years of construction project management experience, including ground-up new construction. Strong project experience on hospitality, commercial, and municipal. Proven ability to run projects while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Skilled in Procore, MS Project, or other project management tools.
