This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technology engineering, particularly in Splunk Administration, and a passion for collaborating on innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Splunk Administration experience
• Ability to onboard new customers and troubleshoot issues
• Experience with Nationwide's architectural standards and technology roadmaps
• Knowledge of industry trends and business requirements
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel)
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL
• Experience in collaboration, data, systems, storage, middleware, network, security, and contact center technology products

• Delivering standard and custom supportable technology solutions
• Focusing on collaboration, data, systems, storage, middleware, network, security, and contact center technology products
• Managing operational aspects and ensuring compliance with defined SLAs
