Must Have:
5–10+ years of hands-on Splunk Administration and Development experience.
Experience owning a Splunk environment end-to-end.
Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical production environments.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or similar.
Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Plusses:
Splunk certifications (Administrator, Architect, Developer, or Power User).
Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
