Imagine Your First 90 Days

By the time the first bottles roll off the line each morning, you’ve already walked the floor, checked in with your processing and bottling leads, and resolved a quality alert with a quick, data-backed countermeasure. You’re coaching a team member through a new standard work routine before lunch and facilitating a kaizen huddle by afternoon. Safety, food safety, and customer service are your north stars—and your team feels it.

About Sazerac

Build your career at Sazerac, an independent American, family-owned company with nearly 400 years of heritage and a global footprint. Since the 2000s, we’ve averaged double-digit growth every year and steward some of the world’s most decorated bourbons and whiskeys—Buffalo Trace, Pappy Van Winkle, Eagle Rare, Blanton’s, and Sazerac Rye—along with beloved spirits such as Fireball, Southern Comfort, Seagram’s V.O., Myers’s, Goldschläger, Parrot Bay, 99 Brand, and Platinum Vodka. Our Louisville office has been recognized four times as one of the “Best Places to Work in Kentucky,” and our Buffalo Trace Distillery has been called the world’s most award-winning distillery, reflecting over two centuries of craftsmanship.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Champion a zero-injury mindset and elevate quality by ensuring training, audits, and compliance exceed Federal, State, and provincial safety requirements.

  • Implement a performance development system: clear goals, recurring feedback, and growth plans for every team member.
  • Strengthen collaboration and accountability by partnering with leaders across processing, bottling, and support functions.
  • Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost—integrating lean manufacturing and service improvements.
