Overview:
A Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Brattleboro, VT. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. Must have CCC's. Rehab Director is a wonderful and a SLP!
Facility is a busy five star subacute rehabilitation facility, minutes from Interstate 91 with a beautiful rehabilitation gym that has plentiful natural light. The 80 bed facility boasts a highly supportive management team focused on patient-centered care. The rehabilitation department prides itself on its Fun and Functional Therapy Program with a grocery cart, mock grocery shopping area along with a variety of other functional materials and assessments to compliment the multiple modalities we utilize. We offer flexible scheduling and a highly supportive work environment. SNF experience needed.

Qualifications:
· Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
· Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
· Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP / CFY), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
· Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
· Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
· Work well with others in a team setting
· Be flexible with hours.
