    We're looking for a full-time or per diem Speech Therapist to support our Los Angeles branch. 

    We pay the following per/visit rates:
    $146 per/Start of Care (including mileage reimbursement and Oasis bonus)
    $101 per/Evaluation (including mileage reimbursement)
    $91 per/Routine (including mileage reimbursement)

    The impact you will make:
    • Complete initial and on-going assessments and evaluation to identify the client’s level of functioning and ability to communicate, including OASIS assessment at appropriate time points.
    • Combine knowledge of speech, hearing and language with planning and implementing programs for the management of communication disorders.
    • Develop the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members.
    • Instruct other health team personnel, including Home Health Aides and the patient's family, in Speech Therapy Program.
    • Participate in in-service education, utilization review and team conferences.
    • Provide discharge planning, as appropriate.
    • Evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of care / response to therapy interventions.

    Who you are:
    • Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and meets qualifications commensurate with § 484.115(n) (Condition of participation:  Personnel qualifications / Speech-Language Pathologist).
    • Current, active license as a Speech Pathologist by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
    • Core competency per skills checklist.
    • At least one year of experience in speech therapy.
