    Job Description:

    A Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at Hanover Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year.

    Description: The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will identify, evaluate, and provide speech intervention for communicatively handicapped students. The Speech and Language Pathologist will help collaborate with general and special education teachers and related service personnel to support student access to the general education curriculum. The SLP will also be responsible for developing and implementing IEP goals across a continuum of settings. Experience with students who have multiple disabilities, experience with the augmentative/assistive communication devices, and the ability to work with team members are preferred. CFY supervision available.

    Qualifications: A valid Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist certification (endorsement #061) is required. A Speech-Language Pathology License (or pre-approval pending completion of one supervised year of full-time employment) with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health is also required.

    Salary: Per the MFT contract
