Location: Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: PRN
Pay range - $65hr

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehab team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide interventions to improve communication, swallowing safety, and quality of life
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques
  • Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care plans and discharge outcomes

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) in CA
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads)
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Dedication to patient-centered care
