Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time - Northern Colorado

Therapy Source is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist with AAC experience to support students at a collaborative K-8 charter school in Northern Colorado. This position is based in Windsor, with in-person services preferred, but hybrid or remote options are available for the right candidate. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with educators and helping students achieve meaningful communication outcomes. To ensure you feel fully supported, your hourly rate covers your time not just for direct therapy, but also for collaborating with the school team, attending meetings, and completing documentation.

Pay Rate: Up to $65 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy
• Support students using AAC devices
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
• Attend IEP and school team meetings
• Complete required documentation
• Serve as a Case Manager for Speech-only students

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Must have a current state Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado
• Must have Colorado DOE Certification
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or as required)
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience with AAC devices strongly preferred
• Frontline Enrich experience preferred
