Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Silicon Valley Region, CA
Pay Rate: Competitive Weekly Pay based on experience up to $92/hr

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll play a vital role in helping elementary students develop the communication skills they need to thrive both academically and socially.
Your Days Will Include:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student eligibility for services.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
- Maintain accurate documentation using SIRAS/AbleSpace.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations based on student progress.
- Maintain compliance with IDEA, California state regulations, and district policies.
- Travel between 2–3 nearby school sites (mileage reimbursed).
Job Details
- Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
- Hours: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
- Age Group: Elementary
- Caseload: Approximately 46 students
- School Sites: 2–3 campuses (mileage reimbursed between sites)
- IEP System: SIRAS/AbleSpace
Successful Candidates Possess
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or pending California SLP License
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs encouraged to apply if applicable)
- California Department of Education credential (or ability to obtain, if required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
