As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Always Best Care, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while helping seniors and kupuna improve communication, swallowing function, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes
Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Address dysphagia, cognitive-communication deficits, speech impairments, language disorders, and voice disorders
Educate patients, caregivers, and family members
Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers
Maintain timely and accurate Medicare-compliant documentation
Qualifications
Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Minimum one year of clinical experience
Home health experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
