    We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive, school-based services in an on-campus setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, support a variety of communication needs, and collaborate closely with a supportive school team.

    We are currently hiring for multiple openings across elementary, EC/PK, and secondary campuses, with placements thoughtfully matched based on your experience and preferences. These are campus-based positions, allowing you to build consistency, strong relationships, and a true sense of community within your school.

    What You'll Do

    Support Student Success

    • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
    • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
    • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs
    • Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

    Collaborate & Lead

    • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings
    • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
    • Support student success across academic and functional settings

    Supervise & Mentor

    • Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-As)
    • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with district and state expectations

    Work Environment & Flexibility

    This is primarily an on-campus position, designed to support strong collaboration and consistent student services.

    Hybrid flexibility available Enjoy one designated work-from-home day per week (Tuesday–Thursday), while maintaining on-campus support Monday and Friday. This structure promotes both collaboration and a healthy work-life balance.
