Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients; develop & implement SLP treatment plans

• Treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Complete dysphagia evaluations and therapy as indicated

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care team
