Speech Language Pathologist

Additional Information: Benedictine Living Community of Rochester (Madonna Towers) is looking for a full time speech language pathologist to join our in-house therapy team.

Overview:

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning and implementation of therapy interventions. 

Responsibilities:

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans.  Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents’ needs.  Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Required

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, in good standing.
• Master’s degree.
