    Speech-Language Pathologist – Elementary School
    Location: Lake Villa, IL
    School Setting: Elementary School
    Grade Levels: PreK–5th Grade

    We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school team in Lake Villa, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role provides the opportunity to work with a diverse population of students from PreK through 5th grade in a collaborative educational environment.

    Position Details

    • Start Date: August 17, 2026
    • End Date: June 3, 2027
    • Schedule: Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
    • Employment Type: Full-time
    • Work Setting: Onsite

    Caseload & Responsibilities

    • Provide speech and language services to students in PreK–5th grade
    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Support IEP development and goal implementation
    • Deliver direct therapy services and progress monitoring
    • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
    • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and district requirements

    Required Qualifications

    • Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Licensure
    • Professional Educator License (PEL)

    Compensation

    $60,000 – $70,000 annual salary (based on experience)
