Position Overview


Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in an Extended School Year program in Georgetown, MA. Students will range from PreK-12th Grade and the services will be performed onsite. The direct service hours are projected at 10 hours per week with 2 hours of indirect services expected.


Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  
• 
  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student or client goals.
  
• 
  Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings using evidence-based practices.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
  
• 
  Support students with a range of communication needs including articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and social communication skills.
  

Qualifications

• 
  Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  
• 
  Active Massachusetts SLP license required.
  
• 
  Previous pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred.
  
• 
  Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
