Job Requirements.

• EducationRequirements: Associate’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting (or equivalent)
• CertificationsRequirements: Resume and license and FP card
• ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of Speech Language Pathology Assistant experience; school-based experience preferred

JobResponsibilities:

• Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist with therapy services in a school setting for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Implement treatment plans and therapy activities as directed, including support for AAC and sensory-based strategies.
• Track student progress and support documentation of therapy activities, outcomes, and data collection.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families to support carryover of goals and child-centered therapy approaches.
• Maintain compliance with school policies and clinical documentation requirements while providing trauma-informed support and positive student engagement.
