    Location: Big Rapids, MI - Virtual or In Person

    $55-65/Hr

Boston Speech is seeking a compassionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services within an Early Childhood Special Education program in Big Rapids, Michigan.Boston Speech Therapy is a woman- and SLP-owned company serving the education space with a strong commitment to therapist advocacy and sustainable caseloads.     In this role, you will help students build communication skills that support learning, confidence, and participation in the school environment. You will play an important part in shaping individualized care, partnering closely with families and school-based collaborators, and contributing to a clinical approach that values both strong outcomes and strong therapist support.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

    Provide direct therapy services tailored to each client's communication goals.

    Document progress notes and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.

    Advocate for appropriate caseloads and high-quality therapist support.

    Five Kindergarten classrooms

    One Young Kindergarten classroom

    Supportive educational team

    Caseload maintained between 40–45 students

    Requirements

    Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

    Michigan SLP License (or eligible)

    ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs encouraged to apply if district-approved)

    Passion for helping young children develop communication skills
