    What You'll Be Doing

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting urine, oral fluid, breath alcohol, and other specimen collections
    • Following DOT and non-DOT collection procedures and chain-of-custody requirements
    • Preparing, packaging, and shipping specimens according to compliance standards
    • Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and collection logs
    • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and donors
    • Communicating professionally by phone and email
    • Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Supporting daily clinic operations and assisting with additional projects as needed

    No problem.

    We'll provide paid training and the certifications needed to help you succeed in this role.


    Hours & Schedule

    This is a full-time position.

    • Monday through Friday (schedule discussed during the interview)
    • In-person position
    • Occasional travel between clinic locations may be required based on business needs
    • Paid training and opportunities for advancement

    Who We're Looking For

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Is at least 18 years of age
    • Has a High School Diploma or GED
    • Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Can pass a criminal background check
    • Can pass a pre-employment drug screening
    • Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
    • Communicates professionally and confidently
    • Pays close attention to detail
    • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
    • Is highly organized and dependable
    • Can maintain strict confidentiality
    • Enjoys working with people while following detailed procedures

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • 0–2 years of healthcare, laboratory, medical office, or customer service experience
    • Previous specimen collection experience (helpful but not required)
