Location: San Antonio, TX Specialty Treatment Coordinator – Oral Surgery and Orthodontics Do you know how to turn uncertainty into confidence? Can you explain complex dental treatment in a way that feels clear, personal, and easy for patients to understand? Are you comfortable building trust, discussing financial options, and helping patients take the next step toward the care they need? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Specialty Treatment Coordinator to support our oral surgery and orthodontic offices throughout the San Antonio area. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel between designated dental offices. You will work closely with patients, doctors, clinical teams, and referring providers to ensure each patient receives a smooth, informed, and supportive experience from referral through treatment acceptance. This is more than a scheduling role. You will play an important part in helping patients understand the value of treatment, overcoming concerns, coordinating next steps, and supporting the growth of multiple specialty offices.
