Job Overview:
This contingent resource assignment involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. The role includes reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. You will contribute to resolving complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverables. Strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel are integral to this position.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
• Review and analyze multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel.
• Hands-on development role focused on building, enhancing, and supporting AI agents.
• Daily collaboration through team standups and interaction with developers and architects.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Specialty Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong backend Python development experience (5+ years).
• Experience building and supporting microservices-based applications (5+ years).
• API development and integration experience (5+ years).
• MongoDB experience (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI orchestration concepts.
• Experience working with vector databases.

Pay Range: $80-$90/hr on W2
