Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Specialty Pharmacy Implementation Lead / Project Manager to support the launch of a new Immunology/IBD product. This individual will own a critical workstream focused on implementing Specialty Pharmacy Enhanced Services within the broader patient support program.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of a complex implementation, manage the details, and drive stakeholders toward execution.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Specialty Pharmacy Enhanced Services implementation workstream
Develop and manage a detailed project plan including milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps
Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders
Proactively identify roadblocks and drive issues through resolution
Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines
Anticipate upcoming needs and dependencies to keep implementation on track
Provide clear status updates and escalate risks when necessary
Translate strategy and plans into day-to-day execution and completed deliverables
Ideal Background
Strong pharmaceutical/biotech program or project management experience
Experience with Specialty Pharmacy, Patient Support Services, Patient Access, or reimbursement programs
Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches or launch readiness
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional implementations
Highly organized, proactive, persistent, and comfortable driving accountability
Able to operate independently and take full ownership of a workstream
