About the Role:
Boozie Smoothies in Atlanta, GA is looking for an experienced and motivated Food Service Manager to lead our FOH/BOH operations. Responsibilities:- Oversee daily food service operations to ensure quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise, train, and schedule food service staff to maintain optimal performance
- Monitor food inventory, place orders, and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
- Manage food preparation, presentation, and service standards
- Track food costs, control waste, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any food service-related concerns promptly
Requirements:- Proven experience in food service management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Must be ServSafe Certified
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree preferred
