The coach partners with schools to strengthen the implementation of specially designed instruction, evidence-based instructional practices, inclusive services, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and high-quality Individualized Education Program (IEP) implementation. The SDI Coach is a non-evaluative instructional leader whose primary responsibility is building educator capacity through coaching, modeling, collaborative planning, data analysis, and professional learning.
