Job Title: Specialist UI/UX Developer 
12 Months Contract
Location: Jersey City, NJ 07311
Hybrid: 3 days onsite/week

Role Description
We are seeking experienced UI-UX Developers with 10 years of relevant experience to support the design and development of a strategic data platform for a leading financial services organization.
The Data Strategy team is responsible for modernizing technology and developing a data-driven platform supporting capital markets and securities businesses.

Role Objectives
These roles will be part of the Data Strategy team spanning across Capital Markets and Securities teams.
These roles will be involved in the active development of the data services UI in close coordination with the team, beginning with the establishment of a reference data system for securities and pricing data, and later moving to other data domains.
The consulting team will need to follow internal development standards to contribute to the overall agenda of the Data Strategy team.
The implementation of this strategic platform on an Azure Cloud Platform will require solutions and know-how as listed in the qualifications below.

Qualifications:
Specialist UI/UX Developer preferably with 10 years of experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other related frameworks. Integration experience with RESTful and API endpoints. Good knowledge of JSON, XML and SQL along with sound teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Creates user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Design front-end layouts, enhance UX, implement visual and interactive elements.

Skills:
Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Develop application features, fix bugs, and collaborate with other developers and stakeholders.
