We are seeking an experienced PEGA Lead Production Support Engineer with 10 years of IT experience in PEGA application development production support incident management and enterprise application maintenance The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PEGA PRPC Production Support ServiceNow Splunk Dynatrace Oracle SQL LinuxUnix and Agile methodologies along with experience leading support teams and managing critical production incidents in banking and financial services environments

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support for PEGAbased enterprise applications and ensure system availability
Manage and resolve P1P2 production incidents within SLA targets
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Monitor application performance using Splunk Dynatrace and enterprise monitoring tools
Troubleshoot PEGA case processing Queue Processors Job Schedulers and integration failures
Support production releases deployments hotfixes rollback activities and postdeployment validation
Analyze logs exceptions and database issues to identify and resolve application problems
Coordinate with business users developers infrastructure teams and vendors for issue resolution
Maintain Dev QA UAT and Production environments including upgrades and patch management
Create support documentation knowledge articles operational runbooks and RCA reports
Lead support teams conduct status meetings and mentor junior engineers
