We are seeking an experienced L3 Support Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk Dynatrace Java application support and Production Support The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex production issues monitoring application performance troubleshooting incidents identifying root causes and ensuring high availability of critical enterprise applications The role requires close collaboration with development infrastructure and business teams to provide proactive support and continuous service improvements

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 production support for Javabased enterprise applications
Monitor application health performance and availability using Splunk and Dynatrace
Investigate and resolve critical production incidents within SLA timelines
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Analyze application logs JVM metrics system performance and transaction traces
Create dashboards s and reports in Splunk and Dynatrace
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application defects and performance bottlenecks
Support deployment activities production releases and postdeployment validations
Perform capacity planning trend analysis and proactive monitoring
Drive continuous improvements in monitoring automation and operational processes
Participate in oncall support and major incident management activities
Maintain support documentation SOPs and knowledge base articles
