Role description
Job Title Performance Test Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise Performance Engineering and Application Performance Monitoring APM The ideal candidate should have handson experience in designing and executing performance tests for enterprisescale applications conducting bottleneck analysis and working closely with development architecture and infrastructure teams to improve application scalability reliability and performance
Key Responsibilities
Lead endtoend performance testing activities for web API and enterprise applications
Gather nonfunctional requirements and define performance test strategies
Design develop and execute LoadRunner and JMeter scripts and test scenarios
Perform Load Stress Endurance Volume and Scalability testing
Analyze performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations
Monitor application performance using Dynatrace AppDynamics Grafana Splunk and Prometheus
Conduct root cause analysis and support performance optimization initiatives
Prepare performance test reports executive dashboards and stakeholder presentations
Collaborate with architects developers DevOps and infrastructure teams
Mentor team members and drive best practices in performance engineering
Support cloudnative application performance testing in Kubernetes Docker AWS and Azure environments
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide performancerelated guidance during SDLC
