Role Overview

As a Launch Specialist, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our merchant partners. You'll be instrumental in training and supporting restaurant staff, optimizing workflows, and implementing digital solutions that enhance merchant operations and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with merchant restaurants to improve their platform experience.
• Develop and execute onboarding strategies that delight our merchants.
• Conduct hands-on training and create materials to aid staff adoption of new platforms.
• Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
• Identify and implement improvements in merchant workflows.
• Adapt to an evolving work environment and contribute to company direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other departments.

Preferences

• Spanish fluency is a plus.
