About the Role
As a valued member of our Platform Innovation team, you will work closely with restaurants to onboard them to our cutting-edge platforms, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics to drive success and enhance merchant experiences.
- Engage directly with restaurant merchants to enhance their platform experience.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to ensure a smooth transition for merchants.
- Conduct hands-on training for merchant staff on new platforms.
- Create training materials to facilitate staff understanding and adoption.
- Oversee the implementation of digital ordering and SaaS tools.
- Identify opportunities to optimize merchant workflows and boost revenue.
- Adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience in restaurant/bar management, customer support, or hospitality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Excellent customer support skills, both external and internal.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- High mobility and flexibility for frequent travel.
Preferences
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity and technical aptitude.
- Experience with POS systems during management tenure.
