Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily logistics operations, including order entry, load dispatching, routing, and traffic coordination while maintaining accurate customer profiles and shipment information in the Freight Optimizer system.
Monitor and track shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate load status updates to customers and account managers, manage driver check calls, and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries.
Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments, provide routing instructions to drivers, accept or decline loads based on operational requirements, and resolve transportation-related issues proactively.
Investigate and document shipment discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damages, validate load information for billing accuracy, and prepare routine reports while using sound judgment to follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
