Specialist IT Operations

Minimum Requirements

• Job-relevant vocational training/technical apprenticeship or equivalent work experience
• Bachelors degree in a related field (IT, etc.) from an accredited university
• 4-7 years of related work experience

Main Responsibilities

• Drive varied infrastructure projects to success, from assessment and planning to
• implementation and documentation
• Manage Information Technology infrastructure within the organization, including the physical
• environment (e.g., WAN/LAN, servers, terminals), as well as server applications and software
• Perform integration, administration, and support of Office 365 & Azure Cloud technologies.
• Administer and maintain security of operating systems and software environments.
• Provide L3 support across infrastructure layer and enterprise systems
• PowerShell scripting knowledge is advantageous
• Focus on continuity of services. Develop and test plans to ensure the continuity of critical
• business functions and minimize information loss in the event of a disaster
• Represent company internally and externally with industry groups,
• regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
