    • Process student enrollment, transfers, and registration applications through online portals and centralized intake centers.
    • Review and verify critical registration documentation, including proof of residency, immunization records, birth certificates, guardianship, and prior academic transcripts.
    • Assists and guide families through enrollment options, attendance zones, special transfer requests, and district magnet or choice program registrations.
    • Administer and score state-mandated language proficiency assessments.
    • Generate weekly reports for assigned campuses with pertinent EB data and recommendations for improvement for submission to the DL ESL Manager.
    • Review, verify accuracy, and coordinate the electronic filing of all LPAC documentation received by the campus LPAC, ensuring that student records are accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
    • Collaborate with the Emergent Bilingual (EB) student identification process, including overseeing Home Language Surveys, initial testing coordination, and placement timeline compliance.
    • Support the vision and mission of the District and the Dual Language ESL Department.
    • Work required evenings and Saturdays as needed for the Dual Language ESL Department and/or district events.
    • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned

    • 3-5 years of direct experience.
    • Oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish preferred (Bilingual preferred).
