    • Directs live switching, audio mixing, and recording for district events, board briefings, committee meetings, and graduations.
    • Manages daily operations, scheduling, data entry, and server ingestion for three district cable channels using the Cablecast system to maintain broadcast standards.
    • Selects, edits, formats, and publishes educational content and digital video archives across web platforms, kiosk displays, YouTube, Google Drive, and MyVideoSpot.
    • Monitors, troubleshoots, and logs broadcast equipment and display issues, escalating critical hardware or signal failures to the Chief Engineer.
    • Executes full-scope studio and field video productions, including set construction, equipment transport, teleprompter operation, and lighting/audio rigging.
    • Assists the district photographer with set setups, lighting, gear transport, and execution during staff headshots and special photo sessions.
    • Delivers hands-on A/V support, setup, and equipment monitoring for administrative and Communication Services meetings while maintaining organized A/V storage facilities.
    • Partners with the Broadcast Engineer to install, test, and perform routine maintenance on studio and field hardware.
    • Contributes to drafting and updating department operational manuals to standardize workflows across board services and video production teams.
    • Maintains strict confidentiality, fulfills federal time-reporting mandates, handles public inquiries, and operates autonomously across flexible day, evening, or weekend schedules.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Director.
