    Job Summary/Basic Functions

    A Grounds Zone Specialist assists the Grounds Zone Foreperson in overseeing and ensuring completion of assigned grounds maintenance and operational tasks and includes performance of various tasks as required to maintain a high level of care inside assigned zone.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education: High School Diploma or GED

    Experience: One year related experience

    Licensure & Certifications:

    Job Duties:

    • 60% - Overall responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of all grounds areas in assigned zone are being maintained to the required standards at all times. - ()
    • 30% - Perform any other grounds maintenance tasks throughout the year including: - ()
    • 10% - Other duties as required and assigned - ()
