Role Overview The Specialist, Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing) is a member of Brother's Enterprise Navigator Program (Sales & Marketing), a rotational program designed to provide an immersive, cross-functional experience across Brother's multiple business units. This program enables participants to gain broad exposure, develop critical business skills, and contribute meaningful value across the organization. In this role, the Specialist completes 3-6 month rotations supporting various teams, including sales, product, channel, and customer experience. Through these rotations, the Specialist provides project-based and operational support, particularly during periods of transition, growth, or strategic change. Due to the rotational nature of the program, this role will have multiple reporting managers, with overall program oversight provided by the Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs. As an experienced professional, the Sales & Marketing Enterprise Navigator Program Specialist is expected to make an impact through high-priority initiatives and ad hoc project coverage while also building expertise across product categories, sales channels, and go-to-market strategies. This exposure supports both business objectives and the Specialist's professional development. In partnership with the Manager, Talent Mobility & Rotation Programs within the HR Department, the Specialist actively develops their understanding of Brother's business strategy and prepares for permanent placement within the organization. Program participants are encouraged to apply for internal opportunities and are required to obtain positions outside of the program within 42 months from their date of hire to continue their career progression at Brother. Duties & Responsibilities Rotational Program Coverage Integrate into assigned teams during 3-6 month rotations across business units, functional groups, or the Customer Experience Center, and assume responsibility for core projects and initiatives Function as an ex officio team member, fully integrating into team workflows and completing assigned projects and deliverables Provide operational and project-based support during periods of transition, growth, or strategic focus Quickly adapt to new teams, priorities, and subject matter areas to deliver timely, high-quality results Off-Rotation Business Support While actively engaged in a rotation, provide additional support to other business groups as assigned. Assist teams without a dedicated program resource or those identified as high-priority business needs Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects that support broader Sales & Marketing objectives Professional Development Proactively develop knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to transition into a next-level sales or marketing role within Brother following the Sales & Marketing Enterprise Navigator Program completion. Participate in structured development activities, including individual development planning, job shadowing, and internal interviewing skill development Seek feedback and apply learning across rotations to enhance performance and career readiness Experience & Qualifications Experience 5 years of combined experience across sales and/or marketing within a structured corporate environment, which may include: Account-based Sales Product Management Channel Marketing Customer Experience Additional Skills & Abilities A proven ability to work cross-functionally, leveraging skill sets such as project management, stakeholder alignment, influence, communication, emotional intelligence, time management, problem solving, and learning agility Education Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) We welcome you to pursue your MBA or advanced degree during the program as part of our educational assistance (tuition reimbursement) benefit! Additional Details for This Role This role will be a hybrid role. Subject to business needs, employees may work remotely up to two days per week. Assigned office days will be determined by your manager. #LI-Hybrid Base Salary The targeted base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year. Base salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the successful candidate, as well as factors such as internal equity, cost of labor in the hiring location, and alignment with market data. Additional Compensation This position is eligible for a 5% bonus at 100% of target, with the opportunity to achieve above 100% dependent on company performance and in alignment with company bonus plans. Bonus awards are discretionary and contingent upon individual performance as well as Brother achieving its corporate objectives, in accordance with the applicable bonus plan in effect. About Where We Work Brother's corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA.
