Job Title: Sr. Tableau Developer

Job Description:

• Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau for advanced data analysis and BI reporting within the data analysis skill cluster family
• Utilize extensive experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau to develop interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports
• Apply strong data analysis skills to gather analysis and translate business requirements into effective technical reporting solutions
• Work proficiently with large datasets ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance
• Optimize reporting solutions to enhance business decision making processes
• Demonstrate familiarity with data warehousing concepts and integration with reporting tools Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality BI solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy and Tableau
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
• Optimize and tune queries to improve the performance of BI reports
• Collaborate with business analysts' data architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with business needs
• Support data warehouse initiatives including data modeling validation and integration with reporting platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting applications and data inconsistencies
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards across all reporting deliverables

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 92,432.00 to 136,600.00 per year
