Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume call center, assisting customers with demographic, member plan, and physician changes, collecting INR results, and creating supply orders.Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Associate's degreeRequired Experience: Experience navigating multiple software platforms/systems simultaneously while on live calls Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism during escalated or difficult customer interactionsPreferred Experience: 2+ years in a high-call-volume call center 2+ years in a clinical environmentJob Duties:Handle inbound and outbound customer callsCollect, receive, and record INR resultsUtilize provided call scripting when conducting patient phone callsContact physicians for INR results based on clinic reporting preferences and Acelis Connected Health policiesMonitor and assist customers with adherence to prescribed test frequencyPromote and assist customers with use of digital platformsDemonstrate knowledge of products used to obtain INR resultsMaintain time management, schedule adherence, and attendanceFollow all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA requirementsPhysical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended periods and work with multiple computer screens for extended periods No lifting over 10 lbs. without assistance
